After your order has been handed over to the shipping service provider, the shipping status can be viewed in the production status area. The query of the production status as well as the shipping status ist of course also available for order with standard delivery time. Queries are only visible to the respective customer and require the input of your specific customer and order number.

Industry 4.0 has long been established at Becker & Müller. The networking of our machines, plants and systems with the help of modern information and communication technology, enables us to monitor the production status of all order in real time.
By entering your customer and order number, you can see the production status of all your orders in the area production status.

After the orders have been transferred to the shipping service provider, the shipping status can also be viewed in the area production status.

(Note: Since the parcel service provider only records the parcel number in the incoming depot, the query of the shipping status can only be requested approx. 7:00 p.m. on the day of shipping)
